The important question here to consider is whether the OP has done any kind of studying of chess that might start the ball rolling toward improvement. So far, looking at the stats, there seems to be no progress. How many years of no progress are needed until we see a pattern that may allow a judgment on the question.

It's been 5 months since the OP posed the question. It looks like a 3-digit rating is going down. So, unless there is some solid plan of improvement, this needs to be relegated to the troll turd heap.

Those are extremely good odds. The OP should be very encouraged by such optimistic chances. There isn't even a 5% chance any given grandmaster will be world champion, so the fact this 500 rated person has a 5% chance speaks very highly of their potential.
