Egyptian Chess Federation

I am a teacher in New Cairo, Egypt and I am starting a chess club at our school.  Is there an Egyptian Chess Federation, I can't seem to find their presence on the internet?  Looking for any other Egyptian/Arab schools that play/host school tournaments, etc.  Much thanks in advance!
