No, FIDE doesn't keep a game database that I'm aware of. If your opponents play on Arena, there is likely a way to look at those games.

Since I've signed up for a Scholastic Chess Tournament, I'm going to try to research my opponents before the day of the tournament (although they send the pairings only 2 days before the day) to try and prepare an opening/defence they'll do not-so-well with.
Is it actually possible to look up a player's games in the FIDE database. If it is possible to do so, how do I do it?
