502 ?? Server error. Our fault. We will look into it!

Last night while I was playing in a tournament, this error appeared at the end of one round

Also I'm having such problem at least couple of times in a week while playing puzzle rush!

Yes, I know it is the server's fault. Then, why should I pay the price for it ? I could lose an important round in the tournament.

Gold members get only 5 puzzle rush in a day.  I just solved 3 puzzles tonight & due to this error I didn't get any more puzzle! This is also hampering my puzzle rush stat  As this happened several times.

Time's up! Now the site is back to it's normal state. 

Chess.com site is having this error very frequently nowadays. That's frustrating  

Or, Is this happening only in Bangladesh ?

No it just happened in USA and is still happening. I can’t log in

Should be good now. Some weird DOS issues.

Server was just restarting. Should be okay now!! Let Chess.com know if there is any issues!! Or, just wait.

keeps happening Australia everyday, what a joke 

Keeps happening to me as well

3rd evening in a row i (and my opponent) get disconnected from a game, seems like chess.com servers cant handle the traffic.

I get the same thing and I cannot even get into a match. :/
