Why is the ai support system so prohibitively difficult to get a resolution or even talk to a human? Call me old fashioned but the increasing cop out of brick wall AI support whilst cost effective for silly “have you turned it off and on again” responses is actually driving customers away from a service perspective.

You should be able to get the tool to open a ticket with Support staff.

Be as specific as possible in your question and you should be able to get to a point where it will open it.

The get more help option doesn’t always show up. It’s very inconsistent and frequently gets stuck in an endless loop of showing you support articles with no interrupt.

I think that can be the case if the question and information provided is too vague. Be as specific as possible and if there's still issues after a few prompts, try something like contact an agent
