I've been with Chess.com for a couple years, hanging onto the free version, and the literal only thing that I've been holding out (for gold at least) is that there is a ridiculously small choice of pieces and board options, especially for the 3d models.

If you can't hire someone to create some kick*** models and textures for use to use, do you have the ability for the public to create their own skins for the board and the models? There could be an upload textures option that literally is client side and doesn't take up room on the company servers.

If this is already permitted, please direct us to the article explaining how it's done because I'm not the best at computers, but I do think that a more marble coloured board/pieces would be just so cool. 

That kind of support for the community would set Chess.com even further apart from the competition and I truly believe that it would be great for everyone.
