Bug of Puzzle

My son is using chess.com App(IOS version) for chess training. I sent him a gold membership for gift so he can doing unlimited puzzles every day. That’s the background of the story.
I noticed that his puzzle rating increased abnormally. Then I watched him closely when he solving puzzles. And I noticed his tricks finally. It should be a bug of the application. The details are something like this:
1. Goes into a puzzle, and click the “Hint” button blow. So he got the hint, or the solution of the puzzle.
2. Quit current puzzle without any other operation.
3. Re-enter the feature of Puzzle in App. The puzzle is just the same as the previous one, which he has already got the solution.
4. Solving the puzzle and got the points.
By the steps above, he can solve every puzzle correctly, with hints and without points losing. My suggestion on the issue is that to deduce points once the Hint button clicked, or show different puzzles every time entering the feature.
Please help to fix it. And let me know if there’s anything other information needed about it. Thanks
