Bughouse Resignation Control.

Very often people on Bughouse will resign if their teammate is lower than them and it's extremely annoying. They tend not to even play a move. Most of them resign in under 3 seconds, as if they are doing it just for the fun of annoying people! That said, it would be a good idea to have a limit to how many times per day you can resign on teammate rating each day-or you should need to play it out and not be able to. I understand if this isnt implemented because it could be hard to detect a resignation by teammate rating, and, to be fair, Bughouse isn't nearly as popular as other variants-or as it used to be- but for those that still play it, it would be nice.
