can not play online on browser "please wait, its taking longer than usual to connect"

hello 
i'm a user from Iran, recently the web platform does not connect me to server to play online with "please wait, its taking longer than usual to connect" error. i did some search, some users suggested clear browsers cache data, i did it on one of the systems which i use, no difference has happened and it's happening on all the computers i tried.
i would be grateful if any one can help

Thats purely a connection issue 

maybe restart the device your using and forgot the interent and reconnect to it?

at home i'm using  internet usb dongle and all the other devices i'm using has the same problem...

Chesscom isnt the issue because it works for everyone else so im not sure what the problem is

There have been recent issues with users in Iran. I know the site made some changes help out. 

 

Are you using /live or /play?

you're right.
i think recently net providers here (do to there "extravagant foreign policies") and shess.com both make some new restrictions and changes  meh

thought there might be some sort of twistings...

You might see if you get better connectivity on/live.

didn't know that there s a "LIVE" option there (since i'm some how new to the community)
live is working perfectly so far if there will be no problem due to free account limitations...

Well, Live is the old interface and is going to be retired. It also doesn't get updates and may not support new features. However, whatever is causing issues in Play for members in Iran apparently doesn't impact Live right now.

Some of them are right click's feature I think, didn't work there. But any way, hope the problem to be solved soon...
