Can u report someone so much u ban them?

So, basically i had this friend who got her account banned, and did admit to cheat, so, everything allright. Then she had this new account, and guess what?! Got banned, but when i asked she said she just made a competition with a friend of hers to see which bans the other first. But she says all they did was report each other a lot. Does Chess.com seriously ban u by just reports? 

no i would assume because she cheated b4 and made a new account she most likely got ip banned

Nobody is banned because of reporting alone.

Chess.com has repeatedly said this.

I believe mass report with valid reasons will most likely you get banned. For example, your blitz is 1120. And your rapid is 2080. People that report you are believable no need to check the games. Since it is very obvious.
