Chess.com desperately needs better web developers.

I am unable to contact support.
If I hover over ? Help with mouse pointer, nothing pops up, and clicking it also does nothing. I tried googling "chesscom contact support" to click through directly, and the page seems incomplete. No way to contact support through there, buttons missing for me. I am on firefox with addons, I am not sure which one is interfering. I have cleared cookies, restarted browser, restarted computer. 
I don't know if this issue still exists, but when accepting a rematch I would get stuck and be unable to move any pieces, because a popup dialogue box for the end of the previous match won't close when hitting the X.
I cannot see my stats for rapid, it just buffers forever.
