Chess.com is in a crisis! (Especially Social)

I got muted for the 6th time. The reason I got muted was because I "spammed" in the daily puzzle comments (as confirmed by EnPecan) which I did not even remotely spam. The 4th or 5th mute was from trolls' spam reporting my account or photoshopping my messages to seem like I said that. And chess.com doesn't even disclose to you what community guideline violation you broke when you get muted. Not even that. All while trolls and spammers run rampant.
I didn't even try to contact the support team because the support team is garbage. They don't respond to your tickets or requests or just ignore you. The longest time I have been waiting to receive a response from them until they finally responded was 20 days in August (not even a holiday month).
The moderators are "ok" but they are not great. @Wind @Staerex (maybe), @martin_stahl and EnPecan are probably the only good ones left. But most of them say when you have a request to "contact support" which never or rarely works.
And the reporting system sucks as well. Most people that spam or abuse don't get muted or banned. Take @winnie_kitty_girl for example. She has been spamming her blogs in multiple/a lot of the clubs I am in and when I reported her multiple times, nothing was done.
And you have do go to external sources to get people banned/muted etc. (on discord or reddit)
Then the number of abusive messages people are receiving (because I am on the chess.com subreddit) is crazy.

Winnie has a few times advertised in clubs I'm admin in
I delete the advertisements and tell Winnie to stop
The moment I go offline the advertisement is back

I too would like to see some official response from moderators and staff.
1. Muting someone for spamming in daily puzzle topics is absurd. Hundreds of people are spamming there, and nothing ever happens.
2. Unmuting veryverystren is insane. The guy is an abusive troll, always was.

There’s no need to rant about how bad chess.com is after you spend hours on it every single day and love the site. You got a week mute and you’re back now, so you should move on from this instead of complaining. Maybe you got an undeserved mute, but who cares? Anyone else would’ve been banned by now, so you should consider yourself rather lucky that your account is still open. The moderation and staff support is decent, and you should’ve contacted them if you thought there was a problem, darling.

Yes but the mute is stupid and change is needed. At least you didn't get muted. Not to mention the number of people who get unfairly banned. You can love a site and hate the moderation - there are plenty of wonderful people on this site that I'm friends with but at the same time the public moderation is terrible. It's both too lax and too strict - the wrong people get muted half the time (Jared, Caleb, Midnight) or even banned (GM, Catto, TDC, etc etc etc).

I have a theory, A GAME THEORY: CC is purposely doing this. They want to help people get better at chess, and with their social side, it'll become another social media platform, so if they intentionally make the social side a biohazard, then people will steer far from the social side, and actually learn and get better at chess
