Having the same issue, but in bughouse. I keep getting paired with teammates that I have blocked because they intentionally throw or press Resign two moves into the game to manipulate ratings.

same prob for me. weirdos which i did block show up as my partner in bughouse... please correct this feature asap. thx

Are you blocking players because they are insulting you or they wait for their time to run out, or is it just because they beat you?
Is this a bug or a feature?
I'm blocking some users because I don't want to face them anymore and it used to work just fine.
But recently, in the last few days, I noticed at least 2 occasions when I got to play the games with players who were blocked by me.
Also, the UI for blocking users changed a bit (the confirmation dialog is shown in the background of the user window, not on top of it).
