Chess controls and Samsung Galaxy controls overlap!

Was there an update recently that put the chess game controls lower? Now they coincide with my phone's Back, Home and Slow programs buttons, so I can't control my games well. Anyone else?

I've had the same problem, going to Settings > General > Display and enabling Fullscreen solved it for me
