disconnect + draw offer → win or draw?

I'm playing a game, we make a few moves, the position is roughly equal, but then my opponent disconnects. I offer a draw, but they can't accept/reject it. The game ends, I win. Wouldn't it be better to automatically call that a draw? I just want to be sporting. I don't want ELO points I haven't earnt.
