Hmmmm...I have this problem too, but I ride a long distance bus often, and can't tell whether I have hit a dead zone, or whether it's the sever.

Lately I lost a lot of games because i get disconnected.
But its not my fault, my internet works, i can surf the internet no problem.
So problem is on chess com side.
They should fix this ASAP, I might go play somewhere else if this persists
