Yes that's how I set it up and saved it, but it often fails. I can actually see it change from my custom range to "any-any" when I click on a new game seek after the first one.
I've found I have to avoid clicking the the next game in my seek because the site doesn't save Elo range parameters after the first game. It's especially annoying because I got a 'warning' for aborting the last time it happened, when it is the site's own coding error that forces me to have to abort and set up a custom seek again.
