Enable the option to abort games against accounts created in the past two months

Can I suggest you enable all players to abort all games as they wish against accounts created in the past two months or so that have rating of 2200 and above. I aborted a few games yesterday on suspicion of cheating by my opponents before the games had started and today I am only able to resign games which I know is temporary however I do not think this is fair nor it makes sense form a player`s perspective. I was not able to abort the first two games I played today against accounts created very recently and I lost in just a few moves. Now I am entitled to my opinion about these players and I would have never played against them had I had the option to do so or not. Can you therefore please enable the option to abort games against accounts created recently as we wish. I took me 10 years to get to a 2300 rating and I noticed the number of people above 2300 has jumped up rapidly recently and a lot of these accounts are brand new I also noticed when I don`t play against accounts created recently I do not get rating refunds. I think it is very clear what is actually going on here so please accommodate my request because it is becoming impossible to stay motivated and play on this server as long the above problem is not fixed or addressed.
