Fake checkmate

You might be confused but its true. Whenever, in a game I click the latest move, or the move that was played recently it shows that black got checkmated by white, and people have to use the ‘move go back’ button whatever it’s called to make a move again. And this might surprise a lot of people even if they’re not beginners at chess, if you want a screenshot then I’ll post it here

A screenshot and link to the game would be useful but if could be a browser cache issue, so clearing that may help.
