feedback and help and support clubs should be together

as u can see, chess.com has 2 separate clubs for feedback and help and support. But I think that they should just be one club: Chess.com feedback, help, and support. I don't like that I have to get separate notifs for each club. not to mention that we have feedback and help and support as categories in forums so, in a way these clubs are actually useless cuz we just just discuss things in these forums. does anyone else agree?

Help and support is to get help with some sort of issue. Feedback is to give chess.com your thoughts on how they could improve. Sometimes they go hand in hand, but not always.

well, there's extra notifications, think of this:

"chess.com feedback has a new note"

"help and support has a new note"

technically u can turn notifs off, but what if I miss something? and it's extra notifs that can easily be avoided

Well, that becomes your decision. You’re in 67 clubs, so you’re already going to have a lot of notifications. You can either turn them off and check in periodically or choose to check in with every notification. That’s your choice.

yea, ur right about that, but my whole point about this is that I just think it's more efficient to have everything in one place

I mean I guess I could just leave them, but it also depends if there's anything about these clubs that would make me wanna stay
