It's happened to me before. IIRC they said it was a database error and so there wasn't a person who did it.

dang, i thought i was reading an email from support. good thing you didn't ask for money or i'd have given everything i had.

And as much as I'm mocking people right now, I admit you guys (mods and staff) do a good job... there are things I'd do differently of course, and there are bugs, but it's obviously a successful company, and a reliable place to play / learn / interact.
