Game Review Accuracy / Analysis discrepancies, and recalculations causes confusions.

Game Review has different settings for calculating accuracy than Analysis (Stockfish 16, vs 17 - with various settings).
But the Analysis also causes confusion when analyzing lines, making Icons (best, excellent, inaccurate) pretty useless and rather deceptive when analyzing.
In this example there are two obvious lines:
The most natural one in just taking the queen with the dark squared bishop, or first giving a check with the light squared Bishop on h7+.

Stockfish first thinks that bh7+ is best.

But, but doesn't take long to consider Bxe7 to be way better than bh7+.
But when Bxe7 is analyzed, it's still not reflected as best move in the analysis (right hand side BIG font) /icons on the bord.

If you don't stop to look at the engine lines, deception occurs.

The advantage difference can become so big that downgrades/upgrades of move ratings will occur, such as a mistake becoming a blunder, a blunder a mistake, an inaccuracy becoming a mistake and so forth so forth.
Seems like something that could be fixed relatively easy in the interface updates.

If you have completed a Review, the classifications do not get overwritten when doing positional analysis on the analysis board

Exactly, what's your point?
The fact that Game Review and Analysis provide two seperate results is contradicting with how both conflicting results are being presented.
The Game Review results should not persist during Analysis.
Also, this is not just a conflict between Analysis - Game review, but an inherent issue of the Analysis feature. The Analysis feature does not (AFAICS) update its assessment on the move (Reflected in larger font and bold IN the Analysis screen) when trying out lines, even though the engine has already determined that the initial move rank assessment is wrong.

Why shouldn't they persist? Positional Analysis is meant to be more flexible and allows deeper analysis, depending on how you have it configured. The most accurate information is going to be present in the lines section and will continue to change up to it's configured depth or if you have it set to unlimited, as far as it can go in the time you have available and the limits of the engine
