just now I played two games and Chess.com moved my Queen into being taken without me doing anything.

Relevant and kind? The computer took my Queen and lost me the first game then it took my Bisup and lost me the second game. How is this happening and what can I do about it?
I believe I encountered some sort of network or mobile app bug. In a current game on the mobile app, I was picking between a few moves. I made a move and the confirm prompt came up. I realized it was a bad move and I thought I was in analysis mode, so I canceled the move and went into analysis. I found a good move, left analysis, and made the new move. When I confirmed, it said it couldn’t update the game. I clicked retry several times and it just kept showing the same message. I was forced to click cancel. When I did, it acted like the game was updated, but with the bad move that I declined before going into analysis.
