Getting "You may not use Analysis while playing chess. See our Fair Play Policy."- on failed puzzles

Nice warning, but to get this when I open the analyze-board on a puzzle I have failed in the battle, makes me wonder if the site is branding me as a cheater, when I just want to find out what happened. It's kind of annoying.

The puzzle battles use the play and that now has restrictions with an interface open to play at the same time as analysis.

I don't "play", I look at the puzzle that was.

What I'm saying is they use the same area of the site (play) which has that limitation.

I got something similar before. I just played someone and rematched but I also used the game review for the prior game to get the ratings (to see if they were actually a God).
I got on to support about it - no big deal, at least I don't see the problem with it (playing opposite colours in a rematch anyhow)
