Give audible notifications when opponent plays their turn and you're on another tab

Just now, I had yet another game with someone who intentionally stalled (Gongyihan). I'm very sick of this with 30 minute games. Often, as in Gongyihan's case, people will offer me a draw when I'm winning by a large margin and then refuse to play their move to spite me when I decline. Yeah, I can report people like this and block them, but there are so many people who are genuinely pathetic enough to do that that it doesn't help much. 

Could chess.com please introduce a feature where the site makes a noise when an opponent plays their move and I'm open on another tab? That means I can sit reading e-books while some moron stalls for 20 minutes without me having to watch the game to see when they move.
