Good Bye - chess.com

The party is often interrupted. At least two dozen games were lost due to an alleged disconnection on my part, but I was online, waiting for the opponent's move - and then a message that my opponent won, because. I LEFT THE GAME. I did not leave it - I just waited for the move. The enemy clock ticked on the screen. And then - suddenly I lost .... no message and warning. I'm leaving this disgusting site, lichess rules. I regret that I paid the money, and I will definitely never support this server again. 

Партия часто прерывается. Минимум два десятка партий проиграно из-за якобы обрыва соединения с моей стороны, но я был онлайн, жду хода противника - и тут сообщение, что мой противник победил, т.к. Я ПОКИНУЛ ИГРУ. Я не покидал ее - просто ждал хода. На экране тикали часы противника. И потом - проиграл вдруг я.... никакого сообщения и предупреждения. Я покидаю этот отвратительный сайт, личесс рулит.  Жалею, что заплатил деньги, и поддерживать этот сервер точно никогда больше не буду

Это с компьютера. И еще проблема на прощание. Играю в шахматы в пути с телефона, автобус едет через деревни и вообще без населенных пунктов, связь теряется. Но у меня времени много, я успеваю сыграть и выиграть. Порой получается дисконнект на 1-2 минуты. Но у меня в запасе 5-10 минут. И пусть время идет, это же МОЕ ВРЕМЯ. Вместо этого, когда у меня еще куча времени осталось - я проиграл. Ну-ну. Играйте сами.

Unfortunately people tend to disconnect to make their opponents wait for wins, so the site has implemented an abandonment timer. How much time you have to reconnect depends on the time control.

This is not chess.com, but it is the internet. So don't blame chess.com please, it is a great website!

It's your connection, not the chess.com servers. 

No it's a bug that Chess.com never fixed when it happens I just refresh the website.. I'm also hoping that this website is better than lichess due to lichess having a freaking black market for ileagl money tourys..

When I try to play on cellphone I can't see the board ,everything else is the same, does anyone know why?

Seriously, everything else functions as normal, but the screen is missing...why?

Imagine logging into chess.com and everything is normal, but the chess board doesn't show up on screen ,the puzzles still function normally, but not the game board, no ideas?

No, it's not showing up at all.

If chess.com bans a person for something, do they notify the person or just make the game non functional?

Email support. They were helpful in my experience.

I’ve read numerous threads about the lag in chess.com and how lichess is far superior. For the record, I’ve never experienced an unacceptable lag on chess.com, but maybe it’s due to not playing fast time controls. On the other site, even correspondence games have an extreme latency issue. Same personal device, same internet, same times during the day. Not overly  impressed with the other site.

I don't think I've gotten any complaints, it's just odd and I'm looking for possible reasons, I sent an email to support mister wind, thanks for the advice.

Do you play with the app or a web browser?

If app, delete and reinstall.

If browser, do you have an ad blocker (or other extensions) installed?

The bug never happens to me despite the fact that fast time controls are my go-to game. I guess I'm just lucky?
