Chess.com to me needs an extra server, because as an aussie I did notice the lag. A server in philippines, siberia, east timor, japan or australia would be cool. I don't recommend singapore location because that causes too much trouble for east coast aus. Even a Chile server is maybe okay. But I wouldn't expect chess.com to read my suggestion, usually some games never deliver the server and other games promise one and it takes 5 years because its low priority.

Я покидаю этот отвратительный сайт, личесс рулит. Жалею, что заплатил деньги, и поддерживать этот сервер точно никогда больше не буду

I already wrote in support about the creation of a branch of Chess.com in Russia. If this happened, then there would be no problems with connection.

The site currently only hosts in one datacenter for Live, but I believe are working in a more distributed infrastructure. I don't know how far along that is or when it may be generally available, but that should improve things for many members when it is.

If you're running an ad blocker, such as Ghostery, try disabling it or whitelisting the site.
The problem is the internet. And not chess.com.

I have seen some of these same issues, but it's not big enough to get bent of shape over. I agree that only a small percentage of my games are affected. One thing I have noted. Most of my connection issues disappeared when I moved to a Linux machine to run my browser. Windows in it's quirkiness gives me fits in many apps, most of which were solved going to Linux. So I don't place as much blame with chess.com as others do, it's not all their fault.
I am not using the app, when I emailed help and support their only suggestion was to download the app but it seems like a waste of time if the board is not visible, I like the community here but I may have to find another site for chess if this is a persistent issue on this site, the board shows up when I use the desktop but I usually play on the cell phone, so...

I'm having issues with my android, the site functions normally on the desktop but I rarely use it to play, I have not installed any ad blockers so I'm still not sure why it's doing this.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I am writing to You from my technical account (allowed by support). I been have the opposite problem. Android normally sees. I update regularly Google in him. But on the PC, I had to replace XP with Windows 7. "As long as the flight is normal"

I'm sure that your purchase of the membership is a good buy and the disconnection should not be the sole reason for a good bye.
Please stop cutting out of a game after a checkmate. I would like to see how I lost, and to say good game, and good sport.
