You can click the Follow checkbox on a topic and use the Following link in the sidebar on the website to see everything you're following. By default, you follow everything you post in, so that may not give you what you want. Other than that you could use a browser bookmark

I think following only works if I participate in the conversation, if Im not mistaken. I'll go old school and do the browser bookmarks. Thanks. happy
