This is seriously disturbing. Chess.com outright stating they won't ban if they're 95% certain someone's cheating. 95%?!?!? If you think about the immense number of people on Chess.com, and they're only banning if they're "99.5-100% certain"?!? This is the reason you get paired with eight cheaters in a row and nothing happens to them. Quite literally, Chess.com isn't banning cheaters.

The perception of cheating levels is orders of magnitude more than the actual amount. The vast majority of games and players are clean.

The site closed more than 118,000 accounts in June for fair play violations and has a full team of staff working on reports along with some automated systems for detection.
