In general, advertisements are based in your browsing history, location, etc. The site uses a third-party ad provider so doesn't choose the ads that are displayed, though some categories are probably excluded.
why can't the free thing like no membership people not get adds?
If chess.com didn't have ads, it wouldn't earn enough money.
