I hate his stupid little feedback blurbs, I hate the way he looks, I hate how intrusive the splash page is.

Make it go away.

Coach can't be removed. There are some options under Settings > Coach and the post game feedback has an option under Settings > Interface > Show post-game feedback

If you get a legal restraining order from the courts, like a 1000 e-yard restraining order from the coach guy, maybe chess.com will have to do something about that - LOL!
