Improving Custom Challenges (Daily) Without Shutting Out New Members and Others

I understand that if we all screened our opponents in various different ways many, especially the newer members, would have difficulty getting games.   I assume that is why the Custom Challenge "options" button is so small and barely noticeable, and has few options.  However, I would enjoy the site much more if I could REALLY screen my opponents....even if I had to wait many hours for a game.  How about implementing something like the following:

Allow members to obtain three games through an option rich custom challenge feature.  After that, he/she must take one game assigned by the site, (or join a team match or tournament?) before being allowed to make use of the Custom Challenge feature again.    This way new members and others aren't shut out because of all the custom challenging.  Perhaps a 75/25 split is not enough...but whatever works for the site is all I'm asking for.

Now for the really nice Custom Challenge options:

Max Glicko RD, max current games (avoids experts who use Daily for Blitz), average move time RANGE, rating range, max number of time-outs over 90 days (not %).  All these values entered by the member.  (No "choose between these three" type of option.)

With this set of options I'd be a really happy camper!  Remember, I don't care if it takes many hours to find a game for me.  I will be playing this opponent for weeks!  I also don't mind doing my part by playing anyone assigned to me for the good of the site as often as is really necessary.

Thanks for your time.   @Micah57  (Mike)

edit:  Max difference between highest and lowest rating over last 12 months would be nice too.

I'm just bumping this topic to the top one time.  If no response....then I have my answer.

I was interested in playing people who had established, consistent Daily ratings (like mine) at the time I posted this.  What I found was that 50% are not consistent at all, due to timeouts and too many games.  Their ratings fluctuate wildly for one reason or another.

I've learned to live with it.  I just take what comes in team matches.  I DO check out new opponents so I won't be shocked when I get badly beaten by a 1300 player who was 1580 a month earlier.
