Is chess.com ceased operation?

I've noticed that for a couple months chess.com didn't respond to reported bugs. They also stopped to ban cheaters (I've been cheated many times without any ranking refunds in last months). Is the service about to end operation? I ask, because my diamond membership is going to end and I won't continue in this circumstances.

they didn't stop banning cheaters, last time I received the refund notification was 17 days ago

Let’s not talk about the cheating aspect, because that will get this forum locked.

What do you man they didn’t respond to big reports? When the AI agent said it was sent to staff, it never said they read it?
