Keep getting sent back to last completed game

Lately,after finishing a game, I have been having trouble starting a new one.  Everything I try, clicking play, clicking new game, first clicking home then clicking new game all take me back to the game I just finished.  From there, I can start a new game, but only if I use the same time settings.  Does this happen to other people?  If not, why is it happening to me?  Using Chrome on Windows 10.  Thanks.

If you click on the New Game tab, you can click the time control to modify it.

I'm having the same trouble. I finish a game, but can't exit. Then I go into Tournament, click on a tournament and it takes me to the last finished game. WTH? 

You should just be able to click the X on the game tab.
