Moving pieces???

I've been clicking on pieces in order to move them recently and have instead only been showed how the pieces moved. This has happened in the past. I am doing no more than clicking to move them and the game just shows me how they are moved. How do I turn this off? Nothing is wrong with my clicker or with my computer, it's just that the game apparently thinks and 1800+ chess player doesn't know how the pieces move. I don't want to be told how pieces I already know how to move freaking move!

Settings > Board and Pieces > Show Legal Moves

It was already turned off so that's not it.

Try toggling the setting on, save, then toggle back off and save again

It's not. It only does so when I click the piece again...

If you're using click-move you should be able to click the piece once and the destination square.

The other option is drag-move where you click and hold you drag the piece to the destination.

Are you saying that's not working for you?

Also, if your move setting is Drag only the a single click doesn't do anything other than select.

I'll look into that. I haven't had any further issues today but will let you know when further issues come up. Thanks!
