Yeah it has been a known issue for a while. I had the same problem when I reached 50+ Survival for my first time. Message chess.com support with this screenshot and maybe they can do something about it? I'm not really sure though. It is kind of annoying, since I want to see my record up there. Congratulations on 57 though; that is amazing! I've never gotten this high. I think my record is like 54 (I got that months, or maybe even years ago, but almost sure it was 54).
My puzzle rush score doesn't update.

It seems that scores of 50 and above, in 3 and 5-minute rush, do not show on leaderboards unless the player is titled. This has happened to me before and I reached out to chess.com support, which sent me back a generic template message saying scores need to be verified by someone. This can be seen on the daily leaderboards for 3 and 5-minute, where it is all titled players above 50, and mostly untitled at 49s and 48s.

It is my survival score, not my blitz score for puzzle rush.

Neither seem to update immediately, I think the threshold is 50 for any puzzle rush, but it appears non-survival runs seem to have a far lower chance of approval.
As you can see, my highscore is 57. However, I reached this score almost two months ago and it doesn't update my friends ranklist. Has anyone experienced this bug too?
