To everyone complaining about the new Review: I think it's great that people are taking time to let Chess.com know how you feel. However, as a professional developer myself, I'd like to suggest that we refrain from attacking the developers/managers personally as that's not helpful. They are doing what they think is an improvement (I've never known a developer to intentionally make something worse -- well, except Amazon Music, but that's another thread). What IS helpful is to be specific about what is harder or worse or displeasing. There are many comments here that say it's worse or it used to be better, but with no specifics about why and what. I think adding specific examples of things that take more clicks or information that's harder to find would be helpful to the development team and would make it more likely that we get something everyone is happy with. Just my two cents.
I’d say the ‘complainers’ are being more professional than the ‘staff / developers’ - most of the complainer posts are voicing some specific items that are worse - staff and developers refuse to list what they think are improvements, and refuse to be specific about what quantitative feedback they are using to decide how to move forward
