no alternating colors on rematch?

my friend and i are playing consecutive daily games, but we keep getting the same colors. what is going on? we have played 8 matches, 4 in 960, 4 in regular and ive been black in all regular and white in all 960. is this by chance? imo colors should alternate every time

Are you using the rematch option or just creating a new challenge?
