The site closed over 66,000 accounts last month for fair play violations and has a full team of staff working on reports along with some automated systems for detection.

That said, discussions of cheating, potential cheating, or cheat detection are not allowed in the general forums. If you would like to discuss join the following club. https://www.chess.com/club/cheating-forum
If this site was sued for falsely suggesting that it tries to find cheats, it would finally be forced to do something about it.
Isn't it hilarious how there is always a master strength player IMMEDIATELY available to play on chess.com at any hour of the day 24x7? You know why? Because they are not human beings.
I have blocked more 2200 rated chess players than there are on the planet, and yet, they are a slew more of them to play at any time.
I used to get "We have detected that so and so has violated the chess.com blah blah". Now I NEVER get it, event though I am playing and reporting every single one of them.
One wonders if the management is even competent.
