Number of games played are showing incorrect.

@vrudh-alakanaj_1024: in the history of your games, we can see that you have now played 18 rated rapid games. But in the statistics https://www.chess.com/member/vrudh-alakanaj_1024/stats/rapid?days=0 there are only 11 (rated) games, instead of 18.
This is a common problem, an old problem (for instance: thread from June 2023). According to the thread "Number of games played", you should open a ticket for the support team (asking them to force the recalculation of your stats page).
I have additional remarks:
- After opening your ticket, several days (or several weeks) may pass before they refresh your stats page.
- Sometimes the refresh is successful, for instance: see the thread "Number of games played" by @forest60 and @Martin_Stahl.
- Sometimes the refresh is unsuccessful, for instance: see the thread "No solution for inaccurate Rapid Stats" by @ChristusVictor55 and @justbefair.
I have played 15 games all rated still site shows only 8 played where as my games database shows all 15. Is there a bug or some settings??
