Yes it is.

Just because a fact is true doesn't mean it's not hurtful.

There are kinder ways to state facts. You are intentionally stating facts in the most hurtful bullying way possible. The fact that you choose not to acknowledge this just makes it worse.

You want a fact about real life? Here's a fact: if you act like this in real life, everyone will hate you. I know a person who got fired from an 100K a year job - everyone in the office hated them and didn't want to work with them.

In real life, people are nice to each other. I know that maybe you're only ten and most people in school talk to each other like that, but trust me. In the real world, people are nice to each other.
