I heard a some asking what the points are for. I seen no answer anywhere in this forum. How can people sign a petition they have no idea what it is for? One guy said, "You get points for posting stuff?" Say what? Posting what? What are the points for? Where do the points go? What is any of this about? Apparently there are people in here that want the points back but have no idea what they are for. Is anyone on here able to explain this?

Points are gained for social activity. Posting a topic, replies to content, messages, notes, club announcements, and blog posts. Most give a point each but I believe blogs and announcements were more

Somehow like Elo or Glicko, these points would measure the likeliness of someone posting again
