This forum is useless

Anybody with two eyeballs, or even one, can just look at the URL and see /join and not click on the link

If I am correct /join is used for the invites, so of they get rid of that, they get rid of the links, invites go bye bye

It's really easy to avoid it, just look if there is a /join at the end of the link

there's no join at the bottom

[hiding a join link like that can get you in trouble, so removed -- VP]

I don't mind join links but when so one disguises a join link it is really annoying

It's common sense to not click renamed links

And do you think advertisers are that smart? Most aren't

Avatar of NubbyCheeseking

I usually just hold my fingure on the renamed link and it says the OG url, and I'm not in the club

Well, not mant people focus on what the link so...

Well they should

Chess.com shouldn't delete. the /join link just because people are to lazy to look at a URL

I have seen links that are disguised and auto-join me to a random club

but  it`s NOT!!!

i think auto-join links are fine, but those big red buttons that say "DO NOT CLICK!" and then someone clicks is and then you have to leave. Those should be banned since they cover up the join link
