Possible suggestion(s).

I really love chess.com, but I think some additions would be really cool. I am posting this here because the suggestions button is broken for me.

Anyway, I'll split my ideas into a couple of categories.

Sound

Don't get me wrong, the defualt is nice, and marble is useable, but I wish there was more variety. Maybe for premium members customised sounds could be an option? Either way, more board sounds would be nice.

Pieces

Similar to sound, I just would love more variety. Specifically more variants of the Wood/Ocean style, possibly with the Neo shading and colouring. Possibly another Variant of Neo with golden stripes and details (similar to the pieces in 51 worldwide games on Nintendo Switch) would be really cool to see. Lastly, the Glass set is great, but the transparency could be removed as a possible variant (maybe called 'Plastic' or something). Again, fully customised pieces would be really cool to see, even if it's for premium members only.

Takebacks

Misclicks are something that only happens in digital chess: you would never accidentally move your king 1 space when trying to castle OTB! Because of that, takebacks should exist. Lichess does this very well, being handled very similarly to draw offers. It would make games smoother and less arguable over mouse slips. Most times someone fails to castle, from what I see players tend to agree to draws, having to redo entire openings in the process. The lack of takeback options is one of the biggest downsides of chess.com, and it should really be fixed.
