Problem with "game analysis"

I am using the Italian version of the site. Since the interface was upgraded a few days ago, I cannot access anymore "Game Analysis" (in Italian, "Revisione Partita") after playing a game. I am using Mac Os and Safari as the browser.

Thanks for any help.

If you make a bug report, it will help let the developers of problems like yours.

You have to visit the Support site to make a bug report.

This was a post made yesrerday about a Safari crash:

What exactly happens when you try?

I have the same issue no matter the language settings. In Safari on a MacBook Pro and iPad trying to open the Analysis window not even the chessboard shows up. Today game review is added to that list of not working in Safari anymore. It was fine a few days ago and nothing changed from my side regarding updates or programs or whatever. Across forums it seems that multiple users experience this problem. I already made a bug report and am waiting for a response.
Just to be clear, the problem is clearly with the chess.com webversion only in Safari. It's not an oopsie-I-clicked-something-I-shouldn't-have or a cache thing or rebooting or installing drivers or whatever people can come up with that a chatbot or a helpdesk is supposed to ask first.
Suggesting to use the app version instead is also asking people to limp during a nice evening walk. It's not the same experience (understatement) as the webversion.
In other words, annoying as hell that webupdates bring more problems than convenience.
Translation: This message is meant to show users that the problem is actually a problem and not to engage in a discussion or attack someone. Would be nice if more people actually posted or reported this problem. Like a user above already said: "If you make a bug report, it will help let the developers (ed: know) of problems like yours."

@DUNcAN_PLTNBrG is everything working on other browsers?

@Martin_Stahl, I checked in Chrome on MacOs and there seems to be no problem. Chrome on a Mac is more memory draining than Safari btw. This makes it clearly a Safari isolated problem :/

UPDATE: On iPad after a Safari update there was no issue with the Analysis tab/window anymore. Everything working as usual.
Been fiddling around with Safari on MacOS and under Develop (menu item accessible when activated) I selected Empty Caches and you guessed it, everything working like it used to before.
Hope this helps for others.

I did not change anything and did not empty the cache, but today it works again as it did before. Thanks for fixing the problem, I hope also for everyone else.
