I know how to Block a user from contacting me, but is there a way to Block a user so that I never see any of their posts on Chess.com?
My experience has been that I must wade through hundreds of posts when reading messages on Club Forums and Notes. Some users repeatedly respond with off-topic comments; one-word comments that are of no use; and make comments that are not helpful. These same users post so often that a person must wade through their worthless posts in an effort to gain a nugget of good information.
I would like to know if there is a way to Block these people and their comments from appearing in Club Forums, Notes, and Comments. They are wasting our time and bandwidth.

That's not something that is currently possible and I haven't heard anything that suggests it might be a feature in the future.

I maintain that "blocking" a user should remove that user from complete visibility. Blocking a user currently prevents that user from challenging another user to a game and prevents that user from contacting the person who blocked them. The blocked user's comments are still visible across the chess.com platform, so the user who is trying to avoid that person or their comments will still encounter the blocked user on chess.com
The "Block" feature is only 50% effective in its current design.
