Question: *Why* have many features exclusively not come to iOS?

Conditional Moves on iOS, as well as multiple premoves, (along with several other features), have been feature requests for several years now, and we still haven’t gotten them. I just want to know, why? Both of them are on the Android app and the website, yet the iOS app is the only one that doesn’t support them. Granted, iOS has gotten some other features that their siblings had, which gives me hope that chess.com might be trying to catch up. But, *why* is iOS missing so many features? What’s the reasoning behind it? I’d love to hear some theories, because it doesn’t make sense to me.
