In the Russo Ukraine conflict it is easy to see which side is bad. In the Israel and Palestine conflict they both have done bad things.

Chess.com has explained their position regarding the invasion of Ukraine here.
Chess.com has not made any public statements regarding any other conflicts. If this changes, I would expect they will publish it as a news article.
