Sick of losing because the stupid App keeps disconnecting

Title says it. It’s not my internet connection. Its the App!
Literally. I leave the app for 5 seconds during a game, come back and its still on my opponents move yet I have the 60 second time limit under my name and I sit there and wait for my opponent to make a move, they don’t and I automatically lose the game, YALL NEED TO FIX THIS

In my games often both clocks freeze then they unfreeze and my opponent moved ages ago and I’m almost out of time. I’ve lost a million times that way
I have half-gig fiber. There's no valid reason my opponent should suddenly gain 10, 20 seconds and I lose the same amount.
I have a top-end phone. There's no valid reason the game should refuse to make a move the first three, four times I try to make it, thus burning 5, 10 seconds off my clock. No, it's not an invalid move, BECAUSE IT ACCEPTS THE MOVE THE FOURTH TRY.
Hey Chess.com, your site keeps spamming me begging me to pay you. Why would I do that when I can't even go one day of playing games, without losing several games to your glitchy site and servers?
