slide movement of pieces on app

it's as terrible as it's useless. i suppose nobody at chess com uses (android) app actively.

I have the same experience with the chess.com-app for Android. Strangely enough the iOS-app for iPad is very different - it has the perfect movement. The app for iPad does not have slide movement of the Android-app. The slide movement of the Android makes it very difficult to play blitz chess.

+1, sliding jusy does not work properly. I slide over one square and pieces do t move because app thinks i moved to other position...

Well I use Android. Lately the squares are resistant to placing the pieces. Even when the square is not under attack. And after you done tried to move a piece 5 times and you're in a bullet game. You're done.
